目的：研究雷公藤（ＴｒｉｐｔｅｒｙｇｉｕｍｗｉｌｆｏｒｄｉＨｏｏｋ．ｆ）根心部分化学成分。方法：采用硅胶柱色谱法进行分离，运用现代波谱技术分析鉴定了８个三萜。结果：经光谱鉴定化合物为：雷公藤内酯甲（ｗｉｌｆｏｒｌｉｄｅＡ１），雷公藤内酯乙（ｗｉｌｆｏｒｌｉｄｅＢ２），３ｅｐｉｋａｔｏｎｉｃａｃｉｄ（３），ｃａｎｇｏｒｏｎｉｎｅ（４），ｒｅｇｅｌｉｎ（５），ｓａｌａｓｐｅｒｍｉｃａｃｉｄ（６），３ｈｙｄｒｏｘｙ２ｏｘｏ３ｆｒｉｄｅｌｅｎ２０αｃａｒｂｏｘｙｌｉｃａｃｉｄ（７）以及新化合物３βｈｙｄｒｏｘｙＤ∶Ｂｆｒｉｅｄｏｏｌｅａｎ５∶６ｅｐｏｘｙ２９ｏｉｃａｃｉｄ（８），后者命名为ｔｒｉｐｔｏｔｉｎＣ。结论：化合物８为新化合物。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the root of Tripterygium wilfordi Hook.f. Methods: Silica gel column chromatography was used for separation. Eight triterpenes were identified by modern spectroscopic analysis. Results: The compounds identified by spectroscopy were wilforlide A1, wilforlideB2, 3epikatonicacid (3), cangoronine (4), regelin (5), salaspermicacid (6) and 3hydroxy 2  oxo  3  fridelen  20αcarboxylic acid (7) and the new compound 3βhydroxyD:Bfriedoolean5: 6epoxy29oicacid (8), the latter named triptotinC. Conclusion: Compound 8 is a new compound.
