通过不同盐碱处理下水稻品种特优12转录组测序分析,初步研究了该品种盐碱胁迫下的差异表达基因和基因表达模式。并对差异表达的基因进行了功能分类和注释。结果表明特优12在盐碱胁迫下,差异表达基因主要参与了氧化还原反应,渗透逆境响应,逆境胁迫响应,氧化胁迫响应,次生代谢途径,刺激响应,盐胁迫响应,化学刺激响应,非生物刺激响应等途径。
The differential expression genes and gene expression patterns under the salt-alkali stress of the cultivars were studied through sequencing analysis of the Teyou 12 transcriptome under different saline-alkali treatments. The differentially expressed genes were classified and annotated. The results showed that under the salt-alkali stress, the differentially expressed genes were mainly involved in the redox reaction, osmotic stress response, stress response, oxidative stress response, secondary metabolic pathway, stimulus response, salt stress response, chemical stimulus response, Biological stimulus response and other means.
