某超高层结构高度216.4 m,是一栋超高层酒店兼办公综合体。本工程场地持力层起伏很大,基础持力层条件不好,本工程采用人工挖孔桩基础形式保证成桩质量;并针对该项目核心筒面积小的特点,提出了椭圆形的人工挖孔桩排桩方案,桩排布在主要竖向结构下方;该方案桩受力合理且施工方便,是一个可以推广的基础设计方案。另外,对连廊连接以及圆钢管混凝土柱及钢梁节点以及人工挖孔桩设计、施工要点等进行了阐述,供其他类似工程做借鉴。
A super high-rise structure of 216.4 m height, is a super-high-rise hotel and office complex. The project area has a great fluctuation of the holding power and the conditions of the foundation bearing layer are not good. The quality of the pile is ensured by the manual foundation digging pile.
