带着如何围绕经济建设办民兵的问题,笔者最近对湘西、湘南民兵以劳养武情况进行了调查。被调查的县市大都是“老少边穷”地区, 多数单位以劳养武抓得早,起步快,思路宽,办法活,取得了明显的军事、社会和经济效益。以劳养武被当地群众誉为富民强兵的希望之路。为此,根据调查的情况,结合自己学习邓小平同志南巡谈话的体会,就深入开展以劳养武活动,促进民兵预备役工作 With the question of how to run militiamen around economic construction, the author recently conducted a survey on the situation of labor recruitment in western and southern Hunan militias.
