目的:调查我院抗生素应用情况,评价抗生素应用的合理性。方法:调查2011年全年全部住院患者使用抗生素的情况,分上半年(1月～6月)和下半年(7月～12月)。对抗生素的使用率、联合应用、用药指征等进行对比性评价。结果:通过上、下半年抗生素的使用情况进行调查对比,结果是显示,下半年抗生素的使用率明显降低,但抗生素联用尚不够合理,无指征使用率偏高。结论:我院要加强对抗生素临床应用的管理,尤其是加强用药指征和合理性方面的管理。
Objective: To investigate the application of antibiotics in our hospital to evaluate the rationality of antibiotics. Methods: To investigate the use of antibiotics in all inpatients in 2011, the first half of the year (January to June) and the second half (July to December). The use of antibiotics, combined application, medication indications for comparative evaluation. Results: Through the use of antibiotics in the second and second half of the year, the results of the survey showed that the use of antibiotics in the second half of the year was significantly lower. However, antibiotics combined were not yet rational enough and there was no indication of high utilization rates. Conclusion: Our hospital should strengthen the management of the clinical application of antibiotics, especially to strengthen the management of drug indications and rationality.
