沥青是煤焦油或石油分馏后的副产品,有焦油沥青和石油沥青之分。沥青对人体的危害主要有光敏感作用和刺激作用,尤其对粘膜、皮肤具有强烈的刺激作用。1997年10月,我们对鹤壁市市政公司的101名铺路工人进行了年度体检,并就沥青对眼部的损害作了调查分析。结果表明:沥青对眼部的损害可造成急、慢性损害,且发病率高。1 一般资料 参加体检的101名铺路工人中有眼部损害症状的56人,占55.4％,其中男49人,女7人,男女之比为7:1,年龄18～55岁,平均43.4岁,工龄2～25年,平均16.2年。均双眼发病。诊断为急性眼损害的11人,慢性眼损害的45人。
