重庆市将在“十二五”期间全力建设长江上游金融中心。金融行业的发展实际就是金融人才的发展,商业银行在金融体系中具有举足轻重的地位,商业银行人才在“十二五”期间,无论从规模上、类型上和职业生涯上都有新变化,而重庆市商业银行人才供给并没有与需求变化相适应,在供求衔接上出现了主体衔接、客体发展、机制衔接上的问题,本文建议从政府、学校和银行三个角度解决上述问题,实现重庆市商业银行人才供求良性互动。
Chongqing will make every effort to build the financial center of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River during the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” period. The development of financial industry is actually the development of financial professionals. Commercial banks play a decisive role in the financial system. Commercial banks have new changes in scale, type and occupation during their “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period However, the supply of talent in Chongqing Commercial Bank did not adapt to the changes in demand. There was a connection between supply chain and supply, the development of objects and the convergence of mechanisms. This paper suggests that the above problems should be solved from the perspectives of government, schools and banks, Chongqing Commercial Bank talent supply and demand of benign interaction.
