空调换热器翅片因其壁厚过薄在成形过程中容易出现起皱和破裂等缺陷,传统的解决方法是取样分析和反复试验。应用数值模拟方法,可以观察成形过程中材料流动情况和等效应力的分布,为工艺设计和模具优化提供强有力的支持。以某空调换热器翅片为研究对象,基于所建立的有限元模型、运用Dynaform软件对其多工位级进冲压成形过程中所涉及的多道次拉深工序进行了数值模拟,预测了多道次拉深成形过程中可能出现的起皱、破裂等缺陷的区域,并对防止破裂产生的方法进行了研究。结果表明,较大的凸凹模圆角半径对改善拉裂缺陷影响显著。
Air-conditioning heat exchanger fins because of its thin wall thickness in the forming process prone to wrinkles and rupture defects, the traditional solution is to sample analysis and repeated testing. The numerical simulation method can be used to observe the distribution of material flow and equivalent stress in the forming process and provide strong support for process design and mold optimization. Based on the finite element model of a certain heat exchanger fin, the numerical simulation of multi-pass deep drawing process involved in the multi-position progressive drawing process was carried out by Dynaform software. Multi-pass deep drawing forming process may wrinkle, rupture and other defects in the area, and to prevent the rupture of the production methods were studied. The results show that the larger radii of punch and die have a significant effect on improving the tensile cracking defects.
