HZS混凝土搅拌站主机筒体以往采用整体焊接、划线找正、调头镗孔的加工工艺。此方法不易达到设计要求,本文介绍用几套工装辅助加工主机筒体,以提高筒体加工精度和工效。如图1所示,主机筒体的两块弧板焊接在两块ω形板上,形成筒体的骨架,在此骨架上组焊其他板形零件以及图示位置的方形法兰和圆形法兰,左右两端的法兰相隔距离较大,接近1900mm。

This method is not easy to meet the design requirements, this article describes the use of several sets of tooling to assist the processing of the host cylinder to improve cylinder processing accuracy and efficiency.
