通过对含钛球团矿护炉期间生产实践的分析和研究,安钢7号高炉确定了生铁含钛与钛负荷、生铁含硅的关系。对于钛负荷和硅的综合优化控制,应该是先确定对钛影响较大的钛负荷,再调整对钛影响较小的硅,来获得适宜的钛负荷。含钛炉料的护炉效果是建立在加强冷却强度和控制冶炼强度等护炉技术措施的基础上的,并且它是一个长期和不断调整的过程。
Based on the analysis and research of production practice during the maintenance of titanium-containing pellets, Angang No.7 blast furnace determined the relationship between titanium-bearing titanium and titanium load and silicon in pig iron. For the overall optimal control of titanium load and silicon, it should first determine the titanium load that has a significant effect on titanium and then adjust the silicon that has less effect on titanium to obtain the appropriate titanium load. The furnace holding effect of the titanium-containing charge is based on the technical measures of strengthening the cooling strength and controlling the smelting strength, and it is a long-term and continuous adjustment process.
