关爱学生是教师职业道德的核心,关心和爱护学生是每一位合格教师的道德使然。由于幼儿时期心理发展的特殊规律,他们正处于对爱体验的萌芽阶段,这个时期的幼儿对爱的体验更多的是对自身心理和精神上的追求。主要分析了“人文关怀”在幼儿管理中的应用,以体现出爱对幼儿教育的重要性。 Care for students is the core of the teacher’s professional ethics, caring and loving students is the moral of every qualified teacher. Because of the special laws of psychological development in early childhood, they are in the embryonic stage of the experience of love. In this period, children’s experience of love is more about their psychological and spiritual pursuit. It mainly analyzes the application of “humane care” in young children management to reflect the importance of love to preschool education.
