通过对冷轧含铌钛高强度汽车钢板进行超音速火焰喷涂单一涂层和双涂层,并进行了中性盐雾腐蚀和电化学腐蚀试验与对比分析。结果表明:热喷涂单质锌层后再热喷涂锌铝钇复合涂层的双涂层,使中性盐雾腐蚀240 h后的质量损失率较单质锌单一涂层减少10.98%,较锌铝钇单一涂层减少5.02%;使其在室温的6%NaCl电解液的腐蚀电位较单质锌单一涂层正移23.38%,较锌铝钇单一涂层正移15.02%,汽车钢板的耐蚀性得到显著提高。
