本文报告161例早期地方性氟骨症,并以125例健康组作对照。着重分析其骨骼的X线表现。患者皆为11~14岁的学龄儿童,饮水含氟量为4.1~23毫克/升,对照组为0.11~1.05毫克/升。生化检查除血钙对照组近似外,血氟、尿氟、血磷及碱性磷酸酶均较对照高,其中尿氟高于对照组12.5倍。患者均无自觉症状,但均有不同程度的氟斑牙,该流行区的家畜亦有严重的氟中毒现象。早期地方氟骨症的X线表现:1.骨小梁增粗,边缘模糊呈粗细不等的条状或颗粒状骨
This article reports 161 cases of early local skeletal fluorosis, and 125 cases of healthy controls. Focus on the analysis of the skeleton of the X-ray performance.
