目的了解许昌市区宾馆饭店商场销售的现榨果蔬汁的卫生质量。方法2008年5—10月对该市15家宾馆饭店商场的现榨果蔬汁样品共计60份,严格按照GB/T 4789.2~3-2003的规定的操作方法进行相关项目的检验。结果60份样品菌落总数合格率为23.3%(14/60),大肠菌群合格率为63.3%(38/60)。样品总合格率为23.3%(14/60)。结论许昌市现榨果蔬汁合格率不高,现榨果蔬汁的制作过程存在着比较严重的污染,建议卫生监督部门加大执法力度,宣传有关食品卫生法规和知识的培训,相关生产者加强对现榨果蔬汁制作工艺流程等相关环节的卫生管理。
Objective To understand the urban area of Xuchang hotel shopping malls are selling fresh fruit and vegetable juice health quality. Methods From May to October in 2008, a total of 60 samples of freshly squeezed juice and vegetable juice were collected from 15 hotels and restaurants in the city and the related items were inspected in strict accordance with the operation methods stipulated in GB / T 4789.2 ~ 3-2003.
