我国职工重特大疾病风险防范体系从总体构造来看比较健全,但仍存在一定问题需要进一步改进。如基本医疗、大病补充保险、职工互保和商业保险的覆盖范围仅限于城镇及行政事业单位少数人群,而且其效力也有限。一旦重特大疾病降临,患病个人和家庭仍然有可能产生较大经济负担而不能得到有效化解。因此,当前进行商业医疗保险改革和建立信用反馈型双效职工互助模式将是两条具体可选路径。
