目的 探讨“包干制”模式在急诊科救治批量伤病员的效果.方法 回顾性分析2009年8月-2011年12月新疆军区总医院急诊科收治的16批177例批量危重伤员创伤严重程度评分(injury severity scale,ISS)均≥16为对照组,采用传统的急救模式;2012-2014年收治的18批169例批量伤员为实验组,采用“包干制”模式,将两组抢救成功率、急诊滞留时间、患者满意度等结果进行统计分析比较.结果 与对照组比较,实验组应用“包干制”模式救治伤员成功率高、急诊滞留时间短(P<0.05或P<0.01),满意度高.结论“包干制”模式在批量伤员急诊科救治环节中缩短急诊滞留时间,提高了伤员救治的成功率和满意度.“,”Objective To explore the effective of the contract mode on the rescue of the batch wounded person. Methods Totally 16 batches of 177 severe mass injured patients from 2009 to 2011 and 18 batches of 169 severe mass injured patients from 2012 to 2014 were enrolled. The experimental group received routine rescue model and the control group accepted the contract model respectively.The success rate,stay-time in the emergency department and the satisfaction of patients from the statistics were compared between the two groups. Results Comparing with the control group,the success rate in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05)and their stay-time in the emergency department were significantly shortened (P< 0.01).Actually, the statistics of the satisfaction from experimental group was higher than the controls.Conclusion The Contract mode played a feasible role in reducing the stay-time in the emergency department and increasing the success rate of rescue and satisfaction.
