分析了煤矿刮板输送机重型中部槽手工点对组装工艺产生质量问题的原因,设计了一种通用组装夹具。该夹具以槽帮凸、凹头的水平中心为组装定位基准,槽帮和中板分别采用浮动支承调节机构进行支承和调节,中部槽的组装精度由凸头模板和凹头模板保证。该夹具大大提高了中部槽的组装质量和生产效率,解决了工艺制造难点。
This paper analyzes the reason of the quality problems in the assembling process of heavy duty central groove of coal scraper conveyor and designs a universal assembly fixture. The fixture with groove to help convex, concave horizontal center for the assembly positioning reference, the groove to help and the middle plate floating support adjustment mechanism to support and adjust the central groove assembly accuracy by the convex template and the concave template to ensure. The fixture greatly improves the assembly quality and production efficiency of the middle groove, and solves the manufacturing difficulties of the process.
