薄膜养生混凝土是混凝土养生工艺的一项新技术。即在浇捣混凝土表面喷涂1～2度养生液,就能很快形成薄膜,阻止水份的蒸发,达到自身养生的效果。这项新技术替代了混凝土养生用盖草包浇水的落后施工方法。上海市建研所与有关单位已研制成功了“LP-37混凝土薄膜养生液”。这种养生液外观如豆浆,无味、无毒、不燃,成膜快,保水性好,能在稍湿基面上施工。其粘度与水相似,采用喷枪或农药喷雾器都可以。涂此液成膜后为无色透明膜。一般在混凝土浇捣好后2～4小时内即能喷涂。滑模升板在滑模后可立即喷涂,十分方便。涂此液养生无须考虑洒水养护的供、排水问题,施工质量也有显著提高,抗压强度、抗折强度均有所提高,其失水率、干缩率都 Film health concrete is a new technology for concrete health care.
