针对一个带中心内锥结构的二元波瓣强迫混合器,在模拟加力燃烧室的实验装置上对其掺混和燃烧性能进行了模型实验研究,并与常规的平行进气混合结构进行对比分析。实验结果表明:波瓣混合器使得内、外涵混合气流沿通道高度方向的总压和总温分布趋于均匀,总压损失略大于常规混合器。在相同的油气比下,波瓣混合器可以使燃烧效率较常规混合器提高约10%,而且对点火和燃烧的稳定起到了明显的改善作用。
For a binary lobe forced mixer with inner conical structure, the model experiment on the mixing and combustion performance of the simulator afterburner was carried out and compared with the conventional parallel intake hybrid structure . The experimental results show that the lobe mixer makes the total pressure and total temperature distribution of the mixed flow of inner and outer culverts uniform along the channel height, and the total pressure loss is slightly larger than that of the conventional mixer. At the same gas-oil ratio, the lobe mixer increases the combustion efficiency by about 10% over conventional mixers and significantly improves ignition and combustion stability.
