结合项目实际应用,对新型双组份豆线标线的结构设计、材料选型、施划工艺、性能检验进行论述。结果表明:通过合理设计的豆状结构标线可以弥补不规则结构、密集型点状结构、链条形点状结构形式标线在排水性方面的不足,而其本身又具有较好的耐久性;该类标线的材料主要包括路面标线涂料和路面标线用玻璃珠2类,必要时可加入稀释剂;施工过程中,实际控制点高在2~4mm之间,每平方米用量在2.5~2.8kg左右;排水性能检验和视认性检验表明该类标线具有良好的排水效果和视认性能。
Combined with the practical application of the project, the structure design, material selection, process planning and performance inspection of the new two-component beans and lines marking are discussed. The results showed that the design of the bean - shaped structure marked line can make up for the lack of drainage structure of the irregular structure, the dense point - like structure and the form of the chain - like point structure, which in turn has good durability. The main materials of this type of marking include glass beads for pavement marking paint and pavement markings, if necessary, diluents can be added. During the construction, the actual control points are between 2 and 4mm in height and the dosage per square meter is 2.5 ~ 2.8kg; Drainage performance inspection and visual inspection showed that this type of reticle has a good drainage effect and visual performance.
