利用紫外吸收原理建立了双光路测量SO2 浓度的数学模型 ,讨论了其关键参数和数据误差 ,设计出在 0~9999ppm范围内 ,在线测量标准误差小于± 5 0 ppm的系统。
Based on the principle of UV absorption, a mathematical model for measuring SO2 concentration by dual optical path was established. The key parameters and data errors were discussed. A system with in-line measurement standard error less than ± 50 ppm was designed in the range of 0 ~ 9999 ppm.
