目的:了解杭州市余杭区2015年职业健康监护的开展情况,为行政部门制定卫生政策和职业病防治对策提供科学依据。方法:根据余杭区2015年度职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统年度报表,使用Excel录入并整理数据库,按不同规模、不同经济类型、不同行业、不同因素进行统计分析。结果:余杭区2015年度开展职业健康监护的用人单位有450家,对接触有毒有害作业的30 901人进行健康检查,占职工总数的33.89%;检出职业禁忌证113例,检出率为0.36%;检出疑似职业病25例,检出率0.08%。不同规模、不同经济类型、不同行业的实检率差异有统计学意义;不同行业、不同规模的疑似职业病检出率差异有统计学意义。结论:杭州市某区职业健康监护情况不容乐观,应提高用人单位尤其中小规模私营企业的职业病防治意识,重点关注非金属采矿业、化学原料及化学品制造业、计算机等行业的职业健康监护工作,提高企业职业健康监护覆盖率,规范开展职业健康体检工作,以尽早发现职业病和职业禁忌证,减少职业人群的健康损害。
Objective: To understand the implementation of occupational health monitoring in 2015 in Yuhang District, Hangzhou, and provide a scientific basis for the administrative departments to formulate health policies and occupational disease prevention and control measures. Methods: According to the annual report of occupational and occupational health information monitoring system in 2015 in Yuhang District, the database was input and sorted by Excel. Statistical analysis was carried out according to different scales, different economic types, different industries and different factors. Results: There were 450 employers in Yuhang District for occupational health monitoring in 2015, and 30 901 people who were exposed to toxic and hazardous jobs were inspected for health check-ups, accounting for 33.89% of the total number of employees. 113 occupational contraindications were detected with a detection rate of 0.36 %; Detected 25 cases of suspected occupational diseases, the detection rate of 0.08%. There were significant differences in the actual examination rate among different scales, different economic types and different industries. The differences in the detection rates of suspected occupational diseases among different industries and different scales were statistically significant. Conclusion: Occupational health monitoring in a district of Hangzhou is not optimistic. Occupational disease prevention awareness of employers, especially small and medium-sized private-owned enterprises, should be raised. Emphasis should be placed on occupational health monitoring in non-metallic mining, chemical raw materials and chemical manufacturing, and computer industries , Improve occupational health monitoring coverage, standardize the work of occupational health examination to detect occupational diseases and occupational taboos as soon as possible, reduce occupational health risks.
