随着社会的进步,尤其是市场经济体制的不断推进和发展,企业之间的竞争压力也越来越大,在激烈的竞争中,运用有效的管理手段就显得尤为重要。现阶段,企业为了提高自身的经济效益,将激励理论引入管理中来,发挥其应有的效能,激发企业员工工作的积极性,进而更好的服务于企业,为企业的发展贡献自身的力量,基于此,本文就对激励理论在企业中的运用进行阐述,以供相关人士参考。
