民族地区城市社区治理离不开政府主导作用的发挥,但政府在社区理念、职能转变、组织建设、制度供给等方面存在许多不足。当前应进一步理顺政府与社区的关系,明确政府职责,把政府行政管理职能与社区的自治功能有效整合,才能推进民族地区城市社区治理向更加和谐的方向发展。 Urban community governance in ethnic areas can not be separated from the leading role of government, but the government has many deficiencies in community concept, function transformation, organizational construction and system supply. At present, we should further rationalize the relationship between the government and the community, clarify the responsibilities of the government, and effectively integrate the functions of government administration and the autonomy of the community in order to promote the urban community governance in ethnic regions to a more harmonious direction.
