[目的]研究某减肥软胶囊的减肥功能。[方法]采用预防肥胖模型法,设空白对照组、模型对照组和3个受试样品组。受试样品的人体推荐量为每天2 g/60 kg体重,动物实验剂量设置为0.17、0.33、1.00 g/kg.bw组,分别相当于人体推荐摄入量的5、10、30倍。[结果]空白对照、模型对照、0.17、0.33、1.00 g/kg.bw各组增重结果分别为:(202.0±17.3)(、250.5±17.4)(、223.0±19.0)(、225.9±16.1)(、227.2±16.2)g;体内脂结果分别为:(10.9±2.6)、(16.6±3.6)(、12.9±3.1)、(13.8±3.3)(、13.6±2.3)g。[结论]实验结果表明,经口给予大鼠某牌减肥软胶囊42 d后,各组大鼠总摄食量无明显差异,低、中、高剂量组大鼠体重明显低于模型对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),低剂量组能显著降低大鼠的体内脂重(P<0.05),提示该减肥软胶囊具有一定的减肥作用。
[Objective] To study the weight loss function of a soft capsule. [Method] With the model of obesity prevention, blank control group, model control group and 3 test sample groups were set up. The human body recommended dosage of the test sample was 2 g / 60 kg body weight per day, and the experimental dose of the animal was set at 0.17, 0.33 and 1.00 g / kg. Bw groups, corresponding to 5, 10 and 30 times of the human body recommended intake respectively. [Results] The results of weight gain in the control group, model control group, 0.17,0.33,1.00 g / kg.bw were (202.0 ± 17.3), (250.5 ± 17.4), (223.0 ± 19.0), (225.9 ± 16.1) (227.2 ± 16.2) g, respectively. The results of in vivo fat were (10.9 ± 2.6), (16.6 ± 3.6), 12.9 ± 3.1, 13.8 ± 3.3, 13.6 ± 2.3, respectively. [Conclusion] The experimental results showed that the total food intake of rats in each group had no significant difference after oral administration of a certain weight-loss soft capsule for 42 days. The body weight of rats in low, medium and high dose groups was significantly lower than that of the model control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The low dose group can significantly reduce the body fat weight (P <0.05), suggesting that the weight loss soft capsule has a certain weight-loss effect.
