目的观察6月龄儿童初免接种A群C群脑膜炎球菌多糖结合疫苗(流脑结合疫苗)的免疫原性。方法适龄儿童接种2剂流脑结合疫苗,采用间隔1月和间隔3月两种程序,采集血标本检测功能性杀菌抗体(r SBA),分析比较抗体阳转率和抗体滴度。结果观察对象共153名。间隔1月和间隔3月组A群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Neisseria meningitides,Nm)抗体阳转率均为100%,C群分别为97.8%和98.3%;两组免疫后A群抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)分别为1∶1009.3和1∶1024.0,C群GMT分别为1∶316.1和1∶487.7,均远高于阳性标准(1∶8)。结论 6月龄儿童采用不同间隔时间初免接种流脑结合疫苗效果理想。
Objective To observe the immunogenicity of 6-month-old children inoculated with group A and group C meningococcal polysaccharide conjugate vaccine (meningococcal conjugate vaccine). Methods School-aged children were vaccinated with two doses of meningitis-associated vaccine. Blood samples were collected for the detection of functional bactericidal antibodies (r SBA) by interval between January and March. The antibody positive rate and antibody titer were analyzed. A total of 153 subjects were observed. The seroconversion rates of group A Neisseria meningitides (Nm) were both 100% and 97.8% and 98.3% respectively in January and March. The geometric mean drops of group A antibody (GMT) were 1: 1009.3 and 1: 1024.2, respectively. The GMT of C group was 1: 316.1 and 1: 487.7 respectively, which were much higher than the positive standard (1: 8). Conclusion 6-month-old children vaccinated with different intervals of initial vaccination of meningococcal meningitis is effective.
