感冒通常用于上呼吸道感染,尤其是伴有发热全身疼痛不适者.近年来已有引起小儿肉眼血尿的报道.现将我院1993年5月—10月门诊遇到的4例感冒通致成人血尿报告如下:1 临床资料1.1 一般资料4例均为在较的大学生.3男1女,年龄16～20岁.日口服量2～9片.从服药致发生血尿,累计用药量2片的2人,3片1人,12片1人.感冒通生产厂家有南昌济生药厂、江苏启东药厂等.1.2 临床特点 ①均有常量或超量服感冒通史;②服药至发现全程肉眼血尿时间分别为9h、12h和47h;③均有轻微腰酸乏力.无尿频、尿急、尿病,无浮肿、高血压;④尿常规检查蛋白少量1例、(?)2例及(?)1例,镜检红细胞(?)～(?),白细胞0或少许;⑤其余各项实验室检查均
