Ⅰ引言交流薄膜电致发光(ACTFEL)是一种极富生命力的显示技术,这一点在许多实验室已得到证明.ZnS:Mn 薄膜的后沉积热处理技术也得到广泛地应用并表明可改善亮度和电致发光的效率。然而,我们就有关退火作用的详细报告所知甚少,而且几乎没发表过有关影响原材料制备方面的文章。这里我们观察了掺杂到原材料的 MnCl_2是如何影响退火效果的,并与其它的掺杂技术做了比较。
I. INTRODUCTION ACF thin film electroluminescence (ACTFEL) is a very viable display technique and has been demonstrated in many laboratories. Post-deposition heat treatment of ZnS: Mn thin films has also been widely used and has been shown to improve brightness and Electroluminescent efficiency. However, little is known about the detailed reports on the effects of annealing, and very few articles have been published on the preparation of raw materials. Here we observe how MnCl 2 doped to the raw material affects the annealing effect and compared with other doping techniques.
