本文介绍了炉中的丙烷浓度、渗碳-扩散时间比、辉光加热功率等参数对离子渗碳层质量的影响,并在生产用炉中进行了深层渗碳(>4mm)试验。结果表明,离子渗碳与常规气体渗碳相比,渗速快一倍以上,而且通过调整辉光加热功率和炉压可有效地改善渗层沿齿廓分布的均匀性。本工艺具有效率高、节省能源和渗碳介质的显著经济效益。
In this paper, the influence of propane concentration, carburizing - diffusion time ratio, glow heating power and other parameters on the quality of ion - carburized layer was introduced. The deep carburization (> 4mm) test was carried out in the production furnace. The results show that the ionization carburizing is more than twice as fast as conventional gas carburizing, and the homogeneity of the distribution along the tooth profile can be effectively improved by adjusting the glow heating power and the furnace pressure. The process has the obvious advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and carburizing medium.
