吡咯伯克霍尔德氏菌JK-SH007是分离自杨树中的一种细菌,其对杨树病原真菌具有抑制作用,是一种具有生防应用潜力的有益菌株。为深入了解该菌株的发酵进程,放大发酵规模,并对发酵过程进行最优化控制,笔者对JK-SH007菌株液体分批发酵产生抑菌活性的动力学进行了研究。根据发酵实验数据,分别选用Logistic方程、Luedeking-Piret方程和Luedeking-Piret like方程建立了模拟菌体生长、抑制真菌活性产生和葡萄糖消耗的动力学模型。经拟合分析发现,动力学模型的计算值与实验值拟合良好,可直观反映JK-SH007菌株分批发酵过程中的动力学特征。
Burkholderia cepacia JK-SH007, a bacterium isolated from poplar, has an inhibitory effect on poplar pathogenic fungi and is a beneficial strain with biocontrol potential. In order to further understand the fermentation process of the strain, enlarge the fermentation scale and optimize the fermentation process, the kinetics of antibacterial activity of JK-SH007 strain liquid batch fermentation was studied. According to the experimental data of fermentation, the kinetic models of growth, inhibition of fungal activity and glucose consumption were established by Logistic equation, Luedeking-Piret equation and Luedeking-Piret like equation respectively. The fitting analysis shows that the calculated kinetic model fits well with the experimental data and can directly reflect the kinetic characteristics of JK-SH007 strain during batch fermentation.
