目的探讨颅内静脉窦及脑静脉血栓形成(CVT)与D二聚体(D-D)的相关性。方法选取医院收治的CVT患者49例作为研究对象,选取同期入院体检正常者25例作为对照组,入院后均检测D-D、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、血小板参数的变化情况及相关性。结果脑静脉血栓、颅内静脉窦血栓患者D-D、Fbg无明显差异(P>0.05),与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);脑静脉血栓、颅内静脉窦血栓患者PLT、PDW、PCT、MPV无明显差异(P>0.05),与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);以Fbg、PLT、PDW、PCT、MPV为自变量,以D-D为因变量,相关行分析,发现正向因素Fbg、PDW、MPV与D-D呈正相关关系,与PLT呈负相关关系。结论 D-D与凝血机制、血小板参数密切相关,在CVT早期诊断中具有一定的参考价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between intracranial venous sinus and cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT) and D-dimer (D-D). Methods Forty-nine patients with CVT admitted to hospital were enrolled in this study. Twenty-five normal subjects were enrolled in the same period as control group. The changes of D-D, fibrinogen (Fbg) and platelet parameters and their correlation were detected after admission. Results There was no significant difference in DD and Fbg between cerebral venous thrombosis and intracranial venous sinus thrombosis (P> 0.05), but there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) PCT, MPV had no significant difference (P> 0.05), compared with the control group (P <0.05); Fbg, PLT, PDW, PCT, MPV as independent variables, DD as the dependent variable, Positive factors Fbg, PDW, MPV and DD were positively correlated, and negatively correlated with PLT. Conclusion D-D is closely related to coagulation mechanism and platelet parameters, which may be useful in the early diagnosis of CVT.
