在目前的教育环境下,学校教学面临两大难题:一是学生过重的课业负担;二是班级中的“陪读”现象严重.如何改变这种现状?关键在于(1)学生任务的布置需要因人而已,不能一刀切;(2)教师教学内容的确定需要根据学生的实际情况进行分层,通过这些实现“人人都能获得良好的数学教育,不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展”.基于以上思考,我校利用教研课这一平台,扎实开展分层导学的研究,现借助提公因式法分解因式的教学设计前后
