流量是控制生产过程产量以及进行经济核算所必须的重要参数。在有流动介质的工艺流程中,物料的输送和配比,生产过程中物质和能量的平衡等,都与流量有关,工业生产的自动化和优化控制更是离不开流量的测量与控制。液态流量的测量在一般工业生产控制中通常采用流量计,要求较高的场合运用A/D或D/A技术。但是在某些系统控制中,流量的给定和关闭只是一个小的环节,在不增加外围部件的前提下,用PLC技术同样能满足这种控制上的要求。本文针对铸造生产中型砂水份补充的特点,结合生产线的运行,扩展了流量控制的解决方法,设计了PLC技术中高速计数器设定控制流量值的方法。1 铸造型砂水份的补充
