目的:为肘部临床影像学诊断提供解剖学依据。方法:利用40侧成人尸体肘部,制作成横、矢、冠三个方位的连续断层标本,观测肘关节所在各项面的结构安排,关节腔宽度。结果:肱尺关节腔为 0. 70±0. 44 mm,肱桡关节腔为 0. 69±0. 44 mm,桡尺近侧关节腔为 0. 90±0. 56 mm;关节软骨厚度,骨关节软骨厚度为 1. 15±0. 35 mm,尺骨关节软骨厚度为 1. 04±0. 16 mm,桡骨关节软骨厚度为 0. 98±0. 17 mm,侧副韧带:尺侧副韧带厚度为 1. 38±0. 42mm,桡侧副韧带厚度为 1. 32±0. 42 mm。结论:肘部横、矢、冠断层能从三维角度清晰地显示肘关节各关节腔、关节软骨、侧副韧带,以及正中神经、尺神经及桡神经与肘关节的关系。
Objective: To provide anatomical basis for clinical imaging diagnosis of elbow. Methods: 40 adult cadavers’ elbows were used to make the continuous, transverse and vertical coronal specimens. The structures of all aspects of the elbow joint and the width of the joint cavity were observed. Results: The ulnar ulnar joint cavity was 0. 70 ± 0. 44 mm, joint area in the humeridoid and radii is 0. 69 ± 0. 44 mm, the proximal joint of the radiocarrier is 0. 90 ± 0. 56 mm; articular cartilage thickness, cartilage thickness of 1 joint. 15 ± 0. 35 mm, ulnar articular cartilage thickness of 1. 04 ± 0. 16 mm, radius of joint cartilage thickness of 0. 98 ± 0. 17 mm, collateral ligament: ulnar collateral ligament thickness of 1. 38 ± 0. 42mm, radial collateral ligament thickness of 1. 32 ± 0. 42 mm. CONCLUSION: The transverse, sagittal and transverse coronary arteries can clearly show the joint cavities, articular cartilages, collateral ligaments, and the relationship between median nerve, ulnar nerve, radial nerve and elbow in three dimensions.
