针对我国为某核电工程主泵蒸发器支承件研制的新型锰-钼-钒系合金钢ZG12MnMoV铸钢材料,模拟了ZG12MnMoV钢凝固和冷却过程的组织与性能,得到了合金从液态到室温整个温度区间部分力学性能和热物理性能参数随温度变化的曲线和确定值,以及ZG12MnMoV钢冷却过程的CCT曲线。该研究结果可为ZG12MnMoV合金钢铸件的热处理工艺制订和铸件模拟分析提供了必要的数据支持。
Aiming at our country, a new type of manganese-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel ZG12MnMoV developed for the support of the main pump evaporator of a nuclear power project, the microstructure and properties of the ZG12MnMoV steel during solidification and cooling were simulated. The temperature of the alloy from liquid to room temperature The curves and determined values of mechanical properties and thermophysical properties with temperature of the section, and the CCT curves of ZG12MnMoV steel during cooling. The results of this study can provide necessary data support for heat treatment process formulation and casting simulation analysis of ZG12MnMoV alloy steel castings.
