目的:研究复方参芪五味咀嚼片最佳水提取工艺。方法:以黄芪甲苷含量为指标,结合出膏率,进行L_9(3~4)正交试验,筛选最佳工艺条件,采用HPLC-ELSD法测定黄芪甲苷的含量。色谱条件:色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsil-C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(32:68),蒸发光散射检测器检测,流速为1.0ml·min~(-1),柱温为室温。结果:最佳提取条件为10倍量水煎煮提取3次,每次1.5h。结论:本工艺提取完全,且检测方法简单,专属性强,重复性好。
Objective: To study the best water extraction process of compound Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets. Methods: Orthogonal test of L_9 (3-4) was carried out with the content of astragaloside Ⅳ as the index and the rate of the ointment. The optimum technological conditions were screened, and the content of astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by HPLC-ELSD. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Dikma Diamonsil-C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-water (32:68) and evaporative light scattering detector with a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ 1), the column temperature is room temperature. Results: The best extraction conditions were 10 times the amount of boiling water extracted three times, each time 1.5h. Conclusion: The extraction process is complete, and the detection method is simple, specific and reproducible.
