本文作为视网膜脱离最近进展论文之六,综述有关确诊为裂孔性视网膜脱离患者手术前处理,术前眼部及全身合并症的处理;为了更好掌握手术预后,本文还对术前脱离状态进行了分析。一、术前一般处理 (一)眼部检查:这对诊断,治疗及预后至关重要,尤其双眼脱离者约占11—37％。 1.问诊:第一家族史方面,有无近视,视网膜脱离,白内障,青光眼,晶体脱位,弱视,尤其家族中有视网膜脱离时有助于遗传性疾病的诊断,且可作为预防性手术的参考;第二症状方面:有无飞蚊症、闪光现象、视野异常及视力障
