近年来,由于区域经济发展不平衡等因素,农村人口外流明显。随之形成的农村“空心化”现象,对农业生产、基层党组织建设、村民自治以及乡村社会秩序等工作提出了新挑战,而这种现象在经济欠发达的广大农村尤为突出。日前,广东省河源市纪委、监察局牵头组织联合调研组,对农村“空心化”问题进行了调研和剖析,并对治理对策进行了探讨。 In recent years, owing to the imbalanced development of regional economy and other factors, the outflow of rural population is obvious. The consequent phenomenon of “hollowness” in the countryside poses new challenges to the work of agricultural production, grass-roots party organizations, villagers’ autonomy and rural social order, which are particularly prominent in the vast rural areas where the economy is underdeveloped. Recently, the Heyuan City Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision Bureau of Guangdong Province led the joint investigation team to conduct a survey and analysis on the issue of “hollowness” in rural areas and discussed the management countermeasures.
