By discussing the basic characteristics of high-quality labor force in the development of cultural industry in our country, this paper clearly states that the core comparative advantage of our country’s cultural industry should be located in high-end cultural talents and further discusses the formation mechanism and function of the core comparative advantage of China’s cultural industry.
