近年来，我局行车安全出现了“马鞍”型的发展趋势。虽说，这其中的原因是多方面的，但是，这种趋势对我局的行车安全极为不利。若不迅速采取措施、加以控制，这种“马鞍”型发展的趋势会日渐恶化起来，到了问题不可收拾的地步，再来采取断然措施，显然为时就晚了。更何况铁路行车安全生产涉及到各个方面，它是一项细致、复杂的综合反映。实践明证，行车安全要长期保持主动局面很不容易，但陷入被动，却易如反掌。好在这种趋势才露头，各级领导能正视安全生产中的一些问题，并能“对症下药”，采取积极主动工作，那么，我局安全生产的主动局面将会尽快地到来。
In recent years, I Bureau of travel safety appeared “saddle” type of development trend. Although this is due to many reasons, this trend is extremely detrimental to the traffic safety of our bureau. If we do not take swift measures and control them, the trend toward a “saddle” type of development will worsen. To the point where the problems are beyond our control, we must take drastic measures again. Obviously, it is too late. Not to mention the safety of railway traffic involves all aspects, it is a detailed, complex and comprehensive reflection. Practice shows that driving safety to maintain long-term initiative is not easy, but into passive, but easy. Fortunately, this trend has only been exposed. Leaders at all levels can face up to some problems in safety production and can take the initiative to work under the right remedy. Then the initiative of our work safety production will come as soon as possible.
