器件寿命不长的主要因素是反射镜和管壳之间的环氧树脂封接处的密封性不可靠;阴极受正离子轰击引起溅射所致。本文就提高铝冷阴极的耐离子轰击性质进行一些研究。试验表明,只要对铝阴极取合理的电极结构;恰当的清洁处理和氧化处理工艺,可以获得长寿命阴极。 (1)铝阴极的结构设计当He-Ne管放电电流一定时,阴极表面各处的离子流密度和电极形状有关。本实验将0.15毫米纯铝皮焊成圆筒形,同轴地插入放电管,发现放电管口附近离子流密度最大,在该处的阴极表面容易产生溅射,故应尽可能加大铝筒
