选用了3种有机化蒙脱土(OMMT),采用熔融插层法制备了OMMT改性沥青,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了OMMT在沥青相中的分散结构,通过测力延度仪研究了不同类型的OMMT对沥青力延度性能的影响。结果表明,OMMT1和OMMT2与沥青形成的是插层型纳米复合结构,而OMMT3与沥青形成的是剥离型纳米复合结构。OMMT改性沥青的最大拉力(Fmax)、延度(Dmax)和拉伸功(W)比基质沥青都有不同程度的增大,表明OMMT能够改善沥青的抗变形能力、延伸性和粘韧性。相比于OMMT1和OMMT2,OMMT3对沥青力延度性能的改善更为显著。
OMMT modified asphalt was prepared by melt intercalation method. The dispersion structure of OMMT in asphalt phase was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) The effect of different types of OMMT on ductility of asphalt is studied. The results show that OMMT1 and OMMT2 form an intercalated nanocomposite with bitumen, while the exfoliated nanocomposite is formed by OMMT3 and bitumen. OMMT modified asphalt’s maximum tensile force (Fmax), ductility (Dmax) and tensile work (W) than the base asphalt have varying degrees of increase, indicating that OMMT can improve the asphalt deformation resistance, ductility and toughness. Compared with OMMT1 and OMMT2, OMMT3 improves the ductility performance of asphalt more significantly.
