智能化住宅小区是随着计算机技术、通信技术、控制技术和多媒体技术进步和互相渗透而逐渐发展起来的。它通过综合考虑小区的四个基本要素结构、系统、服务和管理以及它们之间的内在联系,综合起来提供一个投资合理、高效、舒适、便利的生活环境空间,帮助住户实现其包括消费、舒适、便利、安全等方面的整体服务从而优化住宅小区。本论文是模拟一个城市居民住宅小区的智能化系统,系统共分为八个子系统,采用双向HFC网络作为综合信息传输网络的平台,具有智能化小区的各项功能,从而实现了信息资源的有效而合理的利用。

This thesis is an intelligent system which simulates an urban residential district. The system is divided into eight subsystems. The bidirectional HFC network is used as a platform for the integrated information transmission network, which has the functions of intelligent community and thus the effective of information resources And rational use.
