本文17例输卵管结扎术后盆腔静脉瘀血症,均经剖腹探查证实,现报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 1.1.1 发病年龄 24～30岁4例,31～34岁9例,35～40岁4例。 1.1.2 发病时限病史最长7年,最短3个月。术后3个月～1年发病3例,2～4年9例,5～7年5例。 1.1.3 施术单位县级1例,区级6例,乡级6例,巡回手术队4例。其中10例在外院反复住院,诊断为“慢性盆腔炎”、“慢性附件炎”、“神经官能症”,并经中西医结合治疗;7例在门诊治疗无效。
17 cases of tubal ligation after pelvic venous congestion, confirmed by laparotomy, are reported below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 1.1.1 onset age 24 to 30 years in 4 cases, 31 to 34 years in 9 cases, 35 to 40 years in 4 cases. 1.1.2 morbidity history of up to 7 years, the shortest 3 months. 3 months after surgery to 1 year incidence of 3 cases, 2 to 4 years in 9 cases, 5 to 7 years in 5 cases. 1.1.3 1 unit of county surgery unit, district 6 cases, township 6 cases, tour operation team in 4 cases. Among them, 10 were repeatedly hospitalized in the outpatient department and were diagnosed as “chronic pelvic inflammatory disease”, “chronic annexitis” and “neurosis” and were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Seven patients were ineffective in outpatient treatment.
