目的探讨LKB1、ZEB1蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达、临床意义及两者之间的相关性。方法免疫组化法检测110例胃癌组织及25例胃良性病手术切除的组织标本中LKB1和ZEB1蛋白的表达情况。结果 110例胃癌组织标本中,LKB1阳性表达率29.1%(32/110),阴性表达率70.9%(78/110),阳性率明显低于胃良性病组织中的LKB1阳性率92%(23/25),两者间差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.4,P=0.00);ZEB1阳性表达率为80%(88/110),阴性表达率为20%(22/110),阳性率显著高于胃良性病组织中的ZEB1阳性率16%(4/25)(χ2=38.4,P=0.00)。LKB1的表达与肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、是否有淋巴结转移、TNM分期、治疗后是否有远处转移相关(P值分别为0.000、0.026、0.001、0.002、0.024);ZEB1的表达与肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、是否有淋巴结转移、TNM分期、治疗后是否有远处转移相关(P值分别为0.000、0.001、0.027、0.000、0.027)。胃癌患者癌组织LKB1高表达者ZEB1低表达,LKB1低表达者ZEB1高表达。结论对胃癌患者,其肿瘤组织LKB1的阴性、ZEB1的阳性显示出较短的总生存期和无病生存期、较高的淋巴结转移率和远处转移率;LKB1及ZEB1可能会影响胃癌患者的预后。在胃癌肿瘤组织中LKB1与ZEB1的表达呈负相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of LKB1 and ZEB1 proteins in gastric cancer and their correlations. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of LKB1 and ZEB1 protein in 110 specimens of gastric cancer and 25 specimens of patients with benign gastrectomy. Results Among 110 specimens of gastric cancer, the positive expression rate of LKB1 was 29.1% (32/110), and the negative expression rate was 70.9% (78/110). The positive rate was significantly lower than the positive rate of LKB1 in the benign tissue of the stomach (92%) (23/ 25) There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ2=33.4, P=0.00); the positive expression rate of ZEB1 was 80% (88/110), and the negative expression rate was 20% (22/110). The positive rate was significantly higher. The positive rate of ZEB1 in the benign tissues of the stomach was 16% (4/25) (χ2=38.4, P=0.00). The expression of LKB1 was related to the degree of tumor differentiation, depth of tumor invasion, whether there was lymph node metastasis, TNM stage, and whether there was distant metastasis after treatment (P values were 0.000, 0.026, 0.001, 0.002, 0.024, respectively); ZEB1 expression and tumor differentiation The degree, depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis, TNM staging, and whether there was distant metastasis after treatment (P values were 0.000, 0.001, 0.027, 0.000, 0.027, respectively). The high expression of LKB1 in gastric cancer patients was low in ZEB1 expression, and the low expression of LKB1 was high in ZEB1. CONCLUSIONS: For patients with gastric cancer, the negative LKB1 and ZEB1 positive tumors showed a shorter overall and disease-free survival, higher lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis; LKB1 and ZEB1 may affect gastric cancer patients. Prognosis. There was a negative correlation between the expression of LKB1 and ZEB1 in gastric cancer tissues.
