目的 本研究首次研制出山茱萸总甙 (cornus officinalis glycosides,COG)滴眼液 ,并用高效液相色谱法 (high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)对不同剂量该滴眼液在兔眼房水经时过程的异同进行研究。方法 将 3种不同剂量 COG滴眼液 50 μL分别滴入 3组兔眼下睑结膜囊内 ,在 4h内定时采取房水作为测试样本 ,经处理后 ,用高效液相色谱仪测定样本中的没食子酸的质量浓度。结果 COG滴眼液滴眼后 ,能被吸收进入房水。给药后 1 h时 ,3组房水药物浓度均为最高值。统计分析显示 :A组 (5g· L-1COG)与 B(1 0 g· L-1COG)、C(2 0 g·L-1COG)组之间有显著差异性 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 COG滴眼液滴眼能被吸收进入房水 ,在给药 1 h时 ,房水中药物浓度达峰值
OBJECTIVE In this study, cornu officinalis glycosides (COG) eye drops were developed for the first time, and the effects of different doses of the eye drops on intraocular water Similarities and differences for research. Methods 50 μL of 3 different dosages of COG eye drops were respectively instilled into the conjunctiva of the lower eyelid of rabbit eyes and aqueous humor was taken as the test sample within 4 h. Statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference between group A (5g · L-1COG) and group B (10g · L-1COG) and group C (20g · L-1COG) (P <0.05) . Conclusions COG eye drops can be absorbed into aqueous humor, and the drug concentration in aqueous humor reaches its peak at 1 h
