[方药组成] 榆树皮(鲜二层白皮)20克,生地榆20克,紫草10克。 [制用方法]上药粉碎,75％酒精150毫升浸泡两周,过滤备用。用时将创面常规消毒,以干纱条蘸药液敷布创面,隔日更换。 [验案举例] 杨××,女,24岁,农民,1985年2月15日初诊。患者于初产(家中接生)婴儿娩出后,胎盘迟迟不下,后渐自回纳,继之出现腹痛、高烧、谵语,时延六日于某院妇产科行剖腹术又取出一婴,经治疗诸症渐除,唯刀口肌肉不生,皮口不敛。查下腹中线部纵行刀口呈梭形,中间凹陷,深约0.1～0.6cm不等。伤口色黯红,无脓,有少许水样分泌物,触之无痛。时已
