自上世纪80年代始,全球变暖等一系列全球性环境问题向全人类敲响了警钟,在此背景下,低碳经济这种可持续发展模式应运而生。本文结合河南省经济发展状况,就如何改变传统的经济结构及发展方式,尽快走向低碳经济的可持续发展之路,浅谈几点看法。
Since the 1980s, a series of global environmental issues such as global warming have sounded the alarm to all mankind. Against this background, the sustainable development model of low-carbon economy has emerged. Based on the economic development in Henan Province, this paper discusses how to change the traditional economic structure and development mode to the sustainable development of low-carbon economy as soon as possible.
