目的探讨食管癌患者外周血中基质活检因子(MMP-7)mRNA 表达与食管癌复发及预后的关系。方法采用实时荧光定量 RT-PCR 方法,检测82例食管癌术后患者外周血中 MMP-7mRNA 表达。结果 82例食管癌患者中,MMP-7 mRNA 表达阳性率为37.5%。MMP-7 mRNA 表达阳性与淋巴结转移、血行转移和临床分期显著相关。28例复发患者中,15例接受动态观察,其中5例外周血中MMP-7 mRNA 表达阳性先于影像学3～6个月,8例同时阳性。结论食管癌患者外周血中 MMP-7mRNA 表达阳性可作为食管癌转移、复发和预后判断的指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MMP-7) mRNA and the recurrence and prognosis of esophageal cancer in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of MMP-7 mRNA in peripheral blood of 82 patients with esophageal cancer. Results 82 cases of esophageal cancer patients, the positive expression rate of MMP-7 mRNA was 37.5%. The positive expression of MMP-7 mRNA was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis, hematogenous metastasis and clinical stage. Among the 28 relapsed patients, 15 patients underwent dynamic observation. The positive expression of MMP-7 mRNA in 5 cases of peripheral blood was earlier than that of 3 to 6 months and 8 cases were positive at the same time. Conclusion The positive expression of MMP-7mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal cancer can be used as an indicator of metastasis, recurrence and prognosis of esophageal cancer.
