“听、说、读、写”被认为是语言学习的四项基本技能。“听”在这四项基本技能中位于首位,应该引起教师和学生足够的重视,但是事实并非如此。尽管听力早已成为英语教学的基本内容,但是实际教学过程中,教学效果不佳,学生听力能力提高有限。造成这种结构的主要原因有:对听力存在认识误区;教学模式陈旧;教学过程枯燥等。应该切实重视听力教学和听力训练,在选材、课堂氛围、教学活动和教学策略上进行改革,提高听力教学和听力训练的效果,帮助学生提高综合语言能力。
“Listening, speaking, reading, writing ” is considered as the four basic skills of language learning. Listening is top of the four basic skills and should attract enough attention from teachers and students, but it is not. Although listening has long been the basic content of English teaching, in the actual teaching process, the teaching effect is not good and the students’ listening ability is limited. The main causes of this structure are: misunderstanding of the existence of hearing; old teaching model; boring teaching process. We should give earnest attention to listening teaching and listening training, carry out reforms in material selection, classroom atmosphere, teaching activities and teaching strategies, improve the effectiveness of listening teaching and listening training, and help students improve their comprehensive language skills.
